On the night of 24 September, Russia carried out a massive combined attack on civilian infrastructure in the Odessa region, injuring two people.
Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, reported this on Telegram.
According to Kiper, a hospital, a gymnasium, residential buildings, a shopping centre, warehouses and other civilian facilities were targeted.
A 10-storey non-residential building, a shopping centre that had previously been attacked, the roof of a hospital department and food warehouses were damaged. Windows were shattered at the gymnasium and residential buildings, while vehicles were also damaged.
Emergency services are working at the sites of the strikes. The injured are receiving medical assistance. Law enforcement officers are documenting what Ukrainian authorities described as another Russian war crime.
