Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy and Environment has updated its Industrial Parks of Ukraine catalogue, a practical tool for businesses and investors looking for locations to establish and develop production facilities.

Each occupied hectare of an industrial park creates around 50 new jobs, while every $1 of public investment in industrial park development attracts an average of $6 in private capital.

The catalogue provides updated information on industrial parks included in the Register of Industrial Parks across different regions of Ukraine. It allows investors to compare available locations in one place and obtain key information needed to select a suitable site.

In particular, the catalogue contains information on:

  • industrial park specialisations and types of economic activity;
  • area and location;
  • available engineering, energy and transport infrastructure;
  • incentives and benefits available to participants;
  • management companies and contact details.

The government continues to invest in the engineering and transport infrastructure required for industrial parks.

Since 2024, 25 industrial parks have received more than UAH 2.1 billion in state incentives under co-financing programmes for the development and restoration of infrastructure. In 2026, six industrial parks received support for nine projects worth UAH 293.7 million.

“When a business decides to establish new production, it needs to quickly understand where a suitable site is available, what infrastructure is already in place, what connection options exist and what incentives it can receive. This is why we regularly update the industrial parks catalogue. Our goal is to shorten the investor’s path from searching for a location to launching production as much as possible,” said Vitalii Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy and Environment of Ukraine.

The development of industrial parks is part of the Made in Ukraine policy, aimed at increasing the share of manufacturing in the economy, attracting private investment, establishing new production facilities and creating jobs.

The updated Industrial Parks of Ukraine catalogue is available on the website of Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy and Environment.
