The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to include the TEREZINE industrial park in Kyiv region in the Register of Industrial Parks. The project’s implementation will create up to 500 new jobs and strengthen the region’s industrial capacity.

The industrial park has been established on the territory of the Bilotserkivska urban territorial community in the Bila Tserkva district of Kyiv region for a period of 30 years. It covers an area of 14.9882 hectares.

The park is planned to host manufacturing enterprises in the processing industry. This is expected to support local employment, industrial growth, the introduction of advanced technologies, and the economic development of the community.

Priority will be given to food and beverage production.

The initiator of the industrial park is the limited liability company INDUSTRIAL PARK ‘TEREZINE’. A total of 780.4 million UAH is planned to be raised for its development from various sources, including funds from the initiator, the management company, participants through tax exemptions on profits, credit funds, and state incentives.

“Food industry is one of the sectors where Ukraine has a strong production base and significant potential for deeper processing. The TEREZINE industrial park creates conditions for the development of new production facilities, job creation, and strengthening the economy of Kyiv region. Such projects help transform Ukraine’s raw-material advantage into higher value-added finished products,” said Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine Vitalii Kindrativ.

The inclusion of the TEREZINE industrial park in the Register of Industrial Parks will increase the investment attractiveness of Kyiv region, create conditions for additional revenues to local budgets, and support the development of Ukraine’s processing industry.

There are currently 120 industrial parks in the Register. Industrial parks are part of Ukraine’s “Made in Ukraine” policy and one of the tools for attracting investment into the manufacturing sector of the economy.

As of the end of 2025, 37 industrial enterprises had been built or were under construction in industrial parks.
