Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi, during the opening of the 3rd International Academic Forum “Military Innovations in Modern Wars,” stated that Ukraine is changing the logic of warfare, shifting toward precision, adaptability, and creative solutions.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“Ukraine is not only holding its ground — it is changing the rules of the game. We are transforming the very logic of warfare: from mass to precision, from inertia to adaptability, from template approaches to creative solutions. We are shaping new approaches to armed struggle that are already at the center of attention of military and scientific communities around the world,” Syrskyi emphasized.

As noted by the General Staff, the forum became a platform for professional dialogue, exchange of practical experience, and the development of new approaches in the field of military innovation under current security challenges.
Leading defense scientists from the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, France, Turkey, and Slovakia took part in the event, along with representatives of the diplomatic corps from 24 countries.
In addition, the forum demonstrated the growing role of Ukrainian military science in shaping future security approaches and its deep integration into the global security space. Ukraine’s experience in modern warfare, rapid adaptation, and innovative solutions are becoming a source of ideas and a foundation for joint research and educational projects with partners.
