The Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence and the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council have published information on ten Russian public figures who spread radical anti-Ukrainian rhetoric and support the war against Ukraine.
The data has been published on the War&Sanctions portal in the section Kremlin Moithpieces.
According to Ukrainian intelligence, the list includes war correspondents, bloggers, journalists, and media figures who are united by coordinated efforts to distort facts and shape public opinion in favor of Russia’s military aggression. Intelligence Agency notes that these individuals contribute to the creation of an information environment that justifies war crimes and promotes Kremlin narratives.
Among those identified:
Ilya Tumanov — a Russian aviation blogger and captain in the Russian Armed Forces, author of the Telegram channel fighterbomber, which supports Russia’s aggression against Ukraine and, according to Defence Intelligence, assists Russian military personnel with logistical and operational needs.
Viktor Shvikov — blogger and author of the Telegram channel reverse side of the medal (rsotm), linked to networks associated with the Wagner group. A former member of the Wagner PMC and co-founder of the “Combat Veterans Fund,” he spreads anti-Ukrainian content and promotes the activities of the Wagner PMC.
Anastasia Kashevarova (Dubnyak) — Russian media manager and Telegram channel author, co-founder of several propaganda projects including the “Women’s Front.” She supports Russian troops and actively participates in information campaigns in their favor.
Ekaterina Agranovich — journalist and media technologist, author of a propaganda Telegram channel linked to pro-occupation narratives. She has taken part in information campaigns supporting the so-called “russian world.”

Intelligence Agency emphasized that the Kremlin Mouthpieces section already contains information on 191 representatives of Russian propaganda who systematically justify aggression and war crimes, conduct information operations, and attempt to influence public opinion in Ukraine and abroad.
Ukrainian intelligence and the Center for Countering Disinformation called for personal sanctions against these individuals, including travel bans, asset freezes, and the termination of any media or commercial cooperation.
