WINHUB has expanded its footprint in the Kyiv region after acquiring a 26-hectare land plot in the Prystolychna community of the Boryspil district in Kyiv region. The site will be used for the development of a new Class A logistics park, WINHUB KYIV AIRPORT. Construction of the first phase is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2026. The acquisition marks the second land purchase this year as part of the company’s broader expansion strategy in Ukraine’s capital region.
WINHUB is developing the WINHUB KYIV AIRPORT project as one of its flagship logistics hubs. The planned total area of the facility is approximately 160,000 square meters, with development divided into four construction phases.
The site is located along the M-03 Kyiv–Boryspil highway, at the intersection of two major international transport routes, E40 and E95. According to the company, the location offers several logistical advantages, including direct access to the E40 corridor linking the EU, Ukraine, and Asia, and convenient connections to E95 via the Kyiv ring road. Additional advantages include proximity to Kyiv (12 km), the “Boryspilska” metro station (14 km), and Boryspil International Airport (7 km), as well as nearby railway access and a developed transport interchange system. The site also provides access routes toward Odesa ports and northern regions of Ukraine.
The WINHUB KYIV AIRPORT development is designed as a logistics ecosystem combining warehouse, office, retail, and service infrastructure. A central “Welcome Center” is planned to serve both tenants and visitors, integrating business and supporting services within the park.
The project is being implemented according to schedule. WINHUB aims to develop a nationwide logistics network totaling 1 million square meters by 2032, with parks located along key Ukraine–EU transport corridors, including Kyiv, Odessa, Lviv, and Dnipro. The company is currently negotiating with financial partners and preparing leasing proposals for potential tenants.
Commenting on the expansion, Ruslan Shostak, president of TERWIN and founder of WINHUB, said the company remains committed to continued investment despite ongoing security risks.
“Since the beginning of the year, we have already acquired the second of ten planned land plots for logistics complexes within the WINHUB project. In the context of constant attacks on Ukraine’s warehouse and transport infrastructure, such decisions may seem unusual. But we are convinced that the country’s future logistics potential is being shaped now, and we continue to invest in it,” he said.
Shostak emphasized that WINHUB is not only about infrastructure expansion, but also about broader economic impact, including job creation, sector development, and attracting international capital. He added that each dollar invested in logistics could generate up to five dollars in added economic value.
“Ukraine must be rebuilt not after the war, but during it. Each new investment today is more than square meters or concrete — it is a signal to the world that Ukraine is not only defending itself, but also developing,” he said.
Earlier this year, WINHUB also acquired an 18-hectare land plot in the village of Mriya in the Bucha district of Kyiv region, further expanding its land bank for future logistics developments.
The company says its long-term goal is to create a modern, European-standard logistics infrastructure network in Ukraine, featuring Class A warehouses with LEED certification, designed to improve energy efficiency, technological integration, and operational comfort for tenants.
