The agroholding Prometey has announced the sale of one of its high-tech assets — an operational elevator in the village of Lychkove, Dnipropetrovsk region.
The facility is positioned as an attractive investment for medium and large agribusinesses.
The complex has ready infrastructure and is already functioning, allowing investors to avoid the risks and time costs associated with building a new facility, the company reports.
Main features of the elevator:
- Total storage capacity — 87,400 m³.
- Modern equipment from European manufacturers: 8 PROCOP bins (Czech Republic), each 22.5 m high; 2 receiving pits of 50 tons each.
- Hydraulic vehicle lifts (up to 60 tons) and side unloading systems (up to 20 tons).
- Truck scales with an 80-ton capacity (manufactured in Kharkiv).
- High-precision automation, 2 “Chaplya” samplers.
- Operational silos (3 x 200 tons) for fast shipment.
- Modern drying and cleaning systems: CHIEF gas dryer (UK) with a capacity of 200 tons/hour (reduces moisture by 8% per pass).
- Preliminary silos of 300 tons (wet/dry).
- 4 “Luch” drum separators (150 tons/hour).
- 2 BSH-300 separators (Czech Republic).
“The elevator is located in a favorable logistical location and is fully prepared for the new season,” the company concluded.
The company Prometey officially does not comment on the reasons for selling this asset. However, market analysts note that such moves may be related to several factors. These include optimizing their own network of elevators to improve efficiency, the need to attract additional funds for other investment projects, or a shift in priority regions for conducting business.
