In 2025, Ukrainian IT companies exported services worth $6.66 billion, with $5.33 billion (80.1%) coming from just 10 countries. The United States traditionally led the list of countries generating revenue for Ukraine’s IT sector, according to the Lviv IT Cluster.
Exports to the U.S. totaled $2.39 billion, representing 35.94% of all IT exports. This was slightly lower than in 2024, down by 0.17% or $4.2 million.
Malta ranked second, contributing 8.68% or $577.97 million, while the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland took third place with over $556.73 million in export revenue, accounting for 8.36% of total IT exports.
The top five was rounded out by Cyprus and Israel, which contributed 7.21% ($480 million) and 3.96% ($263 million), respectively.
Other countries in the top ten for IT export revenue included Switzerland, Germany, Estonia, Poland, and the United Arab Emirates.
Compared to 2024, the composition of the top ten remained unchanged, with only minor adjustments: the United Kingdom and Malta swapped positions within the top three, and Poland and Estonia exchanged places in the lower half of the ranking.
