Russians continue to shell Ukraine’s civilian infrastructure day and night, as they do not feel pressure. As long as Russia does not experience significant losses, it will avoid real diplomacy and an end to the war, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.

“The only reason Russia can get away with all this is that it doesn’t hurt them. Until Russia feels truly heavy losses, primarily economic ones, it will avoid real diplomacy and ending the war. It is important for the world to respond to every strike. It is important that Europe, the United States, the G7 and G20 countries do not give Russia time — time for war. Strong sanctions are needed. Strong tariffs on Russian trade are needed. Strong protection of life is needed,” Zelensky wrote on his Telegram channel on Tuesday.

He noted that overnight, Russians shelled Zaporizhzhia, and in the morning — a civilian logistics center in Kyiv region.

“There is no military sense. A deliberate Russian strike on Ukrainian business,” the president emphasized.

In addition, during the day, Russia struck buildings of Kharkiv Pharmaceutical University.

“Continuous attacks by Russian guided bombs on communities in Sumy, Kharkiv and Donetsk regions continue. FPV drones are used in Zaporizhzhia. Constant artillery shelling of Kherson,” Zelensky reported.
