Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out coordinated strikes on a series of strategic military and industrial targets in Russia and occupied territories on June 2 and overnight into June 3, 2026.

In the city of Saint Petersburg, Ukrainian forces struck the Saint Petersburg oil terminal, causing a fire on the site, according to the statement. The terminal is described as one of the largest oil product transshipment hubs on the Baltic route, with an annual capacity of around 10 million tons and a role in supplying Russia’s military logistics.

Additional damage is being assessed in the port area of Kronstadt, where ships and port infrastructure were reportedly hit, though the scale of destruction has not yet been confirmed.

In central Russia, a strike was reported on the “Progress” plant in Michurinsk, located in the Tambov region. The facility, which produces components for high-precision weapons systems, including navigation and stabilization equipment for aircraft, missiles, and drones, reportedly caught fire after the удар.

Ukrainian forces also reported updated damage to the Ilsky oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai. According to the statement, the strike damaged key processing units and storage tanks, including primary refining infrastructure.

In the Volgograd region, operations at the Zenzivatka oil pumping station were reportedly halted following earlier damage sustained on June 2.

On the occupied Crimean Peninsula, Ukrainian forces struck a navigation system at the Saky Air Base, located near Novofedorivka. The target was identified as a short-range radio navigation system used for aviation operations.

Several military targets were also hit in Russian-occupied areas of Ukraine. In Donetsk region, an ammunition and drone storage site near Halytsynivka, as well as a command post in Selydove, were reportedly struck. In Luhansk region, a fuel and lubricants depot in Bilolutsk was hit.

Ukrainian authorities also confirmed results from previous strikes, including damage to industrial infrastructure at the Ilsky refinery and the shutdown of the Zenzivatka pumping station.

In addition, following a strike on May 30 at a training range in the occupied part of Zaporizhzhia region near Primorsky Posad, Ukrainian sources reported the destruction of troop shelters and estimated Russian personnel losses at around 30 soldiers.
