An industrial park for producing technical alcohol, biofuels, and recycling raw materials into pellets is being established in the Koziatyn city community.

According to the Vinnytsia Regional Council, the park is planned near an already operational grain elevator.

“For Ukraine, energy independence is crucial, so processes for biofuel production, recycling, and electricity generation are extremely necessary. The Koziatyn community has provided land for the construction of the industrial park,” said Vyacheslav Sokolovyi, head of the regional council.

Irina Repalo, secretary of the Koziatyn City Council, noted that the elevator’s location is very convenient, with a major railway junction and highway nearby. After constructing the elevator’s second phase, the enterprise plans to develop the industrial park.

Meanwhile, the BRIL PARK industrial park is being created in Brailiv (Vinnytsia region) on an existing industrial site with ready infrastructure, strategic location, and direct access to raw materials from Ukraine’s central regions (grain, corn, and legumes).

The total area of the industrial park is 56 hectares. Available plots with buildings range from 1 to 30 hectares per enterprise. The park has access to rail and road infrastructure and offers ready-made facilities for rapid production deployment.

BRIL PARK is developing an autonomous energy model, including its own solar power plant and energy storage systems (BESS). Electricity is supplied through 2.9 MW substations from a 35 MW high-voltage line of the first category (non-interruptible). Water supply and treatment facilities are also provided.

The park’s concept is designed primarily for enterprises working in:

  • deep processing of corn and grain;
  • production of food ingredients;
  • plant-based proteins;
  • food industry;
  • bioingredients and innovative agricultural processing;
  • light industry;
  • energy sector.
