Russian forces launched a new wave of drone and artillery attacks across multiple regions of Ukraine over the past 24 hours.

In the Donetsk region, Russian attacks killed three people — two in Mykolaivka and one in Dobropillia — while six others were wounded, according to regional governor Vadym Filashkin. Four of the injured were reported in Dobropillia and two in Druzhkivka.

The Kherson region also came under heavy fire, with 12 people injured, including a child, regional governor Oleksandr Prokudin said. Russian forces targeted more than two dozen settlements with drones, air strikes and artillery. A multi-storey apartment building, five private homes, a gas station, agricultural machinery and civilian vehicles were damaged.

In the Kharkiv region, Russian drones struck Kharkiv city and 11 other settlements. Governor Oleh Syniehubov said the attacks involved Geran drones, Molniya drones, FPV drones and other unmanned aerial vehicles. In Kharkiv, a drone hit the upper floor of a 12-storey residential building, leaving a 53-year-old woman suffering from acute stress reaction and damaging around 30 windows.

Russian drones also hit Barvinkove in Izium district overnight, damaging residential and administrative buildings, while another strike in the village of Bezruky caused a fire at a private property.

Further north, Russian forces carried out 24 strikes in the Chernihiv region, 21 of them using FPV drones, according to regional governor Viacheslav Chaus. In the town of Semenivka, a Molniya drone strike set a house on fire, while homes and outbuildings were damaged in the Mena community.

In the Sumy region, authorities recorded nearly 30 attacks on 13 settlements across seven communities. Russian forces used FPV drones, UAVs and guided aerial bombs. Civilian infrastructure, homes, vehicles and administrative buildings were damaged in several communities, regional officials said.

In the Mykolaiv region, Russian Shahed drones targeted energy infrastructure on Monday morning, causing power outages in several settlements.

“There are power cuts in populated areas,” regional governor Vitalii Kim said, adding that repair work was already underway. No casualties were reported.

Meanwhile, Russian drones also struck railway infrastructure in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Deputy Prime Minister Oleksii Kuleba said a train driver was injured by debris while heading to a shelter after an air raid warning. Locomotives and rail cars were damaged, though rail traffic was quickly restored.

In Zhytomyr, regional governor Vitalii Bunechko said Russian aerial attacks damaged residential and utility buildings as well as civilian vehicles. No casualties were reported.

“Russia continues trying to destroy civilian infrastructure,” Bunechko wrote on Telegram.
