Odessa company ECOFACTOR has announced a large-scale program to develop charging infrastructure in Poland. The project envisages the phased creation of a network of modern charging hubs, ranging from AC and DC charging stations to energy-independent complexes equipped with energy storage systems.

The company views Poland as one of the key markets in Central Europe due to its role in major transportation corridors and the growing demand for electric mobility.

ECOFACTOR's strategy consists of three stages.

  • Stage One: In the second quarter of 2026, the company plans to launch around 200 AC charging stations. The primary goal is to rapidly expand basic charging infrastructure across urban and commercial locations.

  • Stage Two: During 2026, ECOFACTOR intends to install more than 100 DC fast-charging stations. These facilities will support intercity routes and commercial transport, where charging speed is critical.
  • Stage Three: The company plans to transform these sites into fully fledged solar-powered energy-independent hubs. They will be equipped with energy storage systems and integrated solar generation capacity, enabling load balancing, partial autonomous operation, and reduced electricity costs.

The project is scheduled for implementation between 2026 and 2028.

ECOFACTOR is building an extensive network, with charging stations planned in cities including Lublin, Częstochowa, Łódź, Szczecin, Ruda Śląska, and Bytom. Network expansion will take into account traffic flows, commercial activity, and the development potential of electric mobility in each region.

A key feature of the project is the integration of energy storage systems. This will help reduce strain on the power grid, improve the reliability of charging stations, and lower operating costs. In addition, the development of charging hubs will contribute to the creation of continuous electric transport corridors, an important element of logistics decarbonization across Europe.

“Our approach is not simply about installing charging stations; it is about creating energy hubs that combine charging, power generation, energy storage, and grid management. We believe the future belongs to integrated solutions that reduce pressure on the grid and ensure stability even during peak demand periods,” said Serhii Velchev, CEO and founder of ECOFACTOR.

ECOFACTOR is an international technology company with Ukrainian roots in the field of electric mobility. In addition to operating the largest EV charging network in Ukraine, the company develops and implements comprehensive charging infrastructure solutions.

The company provides a full range of services, including:

  • Manufacturing AC and DC charging stations;
  • Software for charging network management;
  • Mobile applications for users;
  • White-label solutions for charging infrastructure operators.

Today, the company's solutions are used by up to 800 operators across 16 countries. ECOFACTOR's infrastructure serves a wide range of sectors, including residential properties, business centers, logistics hubs, vehicle fleets, and retail networks.
