Ukraine exported 5.5 million tons of agro-industrial complex products in March 2026, which is 10.8% higher than the previous month, the Ukrainian Agribusiness Club reported.
According to the report, after four months of stable shipments, export activity in March increased across all product categories. Grain exports rose by 7% compared to February, reaching 3.7 million tons. Within the grain export structure, corn accounted for 75%, wheat – 24%, and barley – 1%.
Oilseed exports increased by 12% to 338.8 thousand tons (soy – 58%, rapeseed – 40%, sunflower – 1%). Shipments of vegetable oils grew by 16%, totaling 506.8 thousand tons, with sunflower oil at 84%, soybean oil – 9%, and rapeseed oil – 7%. Export volumes of oilcakes increased by 15% to 542.6 thousand tons (sunflower – 73%, soybean – 27%). The highest growth rate (+32%) was observed in other types of agricultural products, with a total of 474.8 thousand tons shipped.
"In the coming months, we expect at least stable shipments, if not an increase in grain exports. There are three months left before the new marketing year, and there are still sufficient volumes designated for export, which may lead to carryover stocks," the associations noted.
"Export activity is increasing across all product categories after four months of stable shipments," Ukrainian Agribusiness Club confirmed, adding that boosting shipments is critically important to free up storage capacities ahead of the new season.
