Polish-owned businesses in Ukraine generate over UAH 123 billion in revenue in 2025

More than 1,100 companies with Polish beneficial owners are currently operating in Ukraine, according to data from the Unified State Register and financial statements submitted for 2025.

In total, 1,197 Polish-owned companies reported financial results last year. Their combined revenue reached UAH 123.01 billion, marking a 20% increase compared to 2024.

Every eighth company in this group—146 firms in total—generated more than UAH 100 million in revenue, highlighting a significant concentration of large-scale operations within the segment.

Retail remains the dominant sector among the largest Polish-owned businesses in Ukraine. The leading company is LPP Ukraine, which operates international clothing brands including Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, and Sinsay, with nearly UAH 17 billion in revenue.

It is followed by Radekhivskyi Tsukor, which posted over UAH 10 billion in revenue. Other major players include furniture manufacturer Modern-Expo and auto parts distributor Inter Cars Ukraine, the latter being the only Polish-beneficiary company included in the 2026 Opendatabot Index.

Several companies recorded particularly rapid expansion in 2025. Elgard, operating in electricity generation, increased revenue 38-fold to UAH 104.3 million.

 

 

SMP, engaged in meat product trade, grew eightfold to UAH 103.7 million, while Kliko Ukraine, operating in computer trade, expanded revenue 6.5 times to UAH 222.2 million.

Around one-third of Polish-owned companies generating over UAH 100 million are based in Kyiv (46 companies), with another 16 located in the Kyiv region. The Lviv region accounts for 37 companies, followed by Volyn (11) and Dnipropetrovsk region (6).

 

 

In terms of sectors, more than one-third of high-revenue Polish-owned companies operate in wholesale trade (54 firms). Agriculture (8), food services (7), IT (5), and metal manufacturing (5) also represent notable segments.
