Russian forces launched a large-scale wave of attacks across southern and southeastern Ukraine over the past 24 hours, regional officials said.

In the Zaporizhzhia region, Russian troops carried out 664 strikes on 37 settlements, according to the head of the regional military administration, Ivan Fedorov. The attacks included airstrikes, drone assaults — most of them using FPV drones — multiple launch rocket system strikes, and heavy artillery shelling. Authorities reported 112 cases of damage to homes, vehicles, and infrastructure.

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, drone attacks struck several districts, injuring one person. In the city of Dnipro, transport infrastructure and multi-story residential buildings were damaged. Additional strikes in the Nikopol and Synelnykove districts damaged a private house, set a car on fire, and hit a power line.

Meanwhile, in the Kherson region, eight people were injured over the past day. Regional authorities said multiple settlements, including the city of Kherson, came under drone, air, and artillery attacks. At least four apartment buildings and 11 private houses were damaged, along with vehicles and a mobile communication tower.

Russia also struck civilian areas in the Kharkiv region. On Friday morning, a Russian drone hit a residential area in the village of Holubivka in Kupiansk district. A private house and outbuildings caught fire, and neighboring homes were damaged by the blast wave. No casualties were reported. Emergency crews from the State Emergency Service, including a medical team and a community rescue officer, were involved in the response.

In the Sumy region, Russian forces struck an agricultural enterprise in the Yampil community. A two-story building belonging to an agricultural company was destroyed, and windows were blown out in five nearby residential buildings. According to preliminary information, two women were killed and another person was injured. Search-and-rescue operations, including canine units, were deployed. Due to the threat of repeated strikes, rescuers were forced at times to suspend work and move to safer locations.
