An analogue of the Iskander 9M727 missile, which struck the Cabinet of Ministers building, contains components from the United States, Japan, and the United Kingdom.
This was reported on Facebook by Vladyslav Vlasiuk, Ukraine’s Presidential Commissioner for Sanctions Policy.
He stated,
“Indeed, the Cabinet building was hit by an ‘Iskander 9M727’ (cruise missile), or rather a part of it. The fuel ignited. The warhead did not detonate, presumably due to damage to the missile. Full answers will be available later.”

Vlasiuk emphasized that a similarly examined “fresh” Iskander contains about 35 components of U.S. origin, 1 Japanese, 1 British, 1 Swiss, 5 Belarusian, and 57 Russian.
"Foreign manufacturers include Texas Instruments, Analog Devices, and Altera (USA), College Electronics Ltd (United Kingdom), Fujitsu (Japan), Traco Power (Switzerland), JSC Integral (Belarus), JSC Mikron, JSC Production Association Strela, JSC Angstrom, JSC Research and Design Bureau Exiton, and Karachev Electrode Plant (Russia)," wrote Vlasiuk.

Vlasiuk noted that compared to missiles from previous years, there are now fewer European and U.S. components and more from Russia and Belarus.
He also added that all this information has been shared with partners for sanctions response purposes.
