The Ministry of Defense has codified and approved for use in the Armed Forces of Ukraine the domestically produced unmanned aerial system B-1. This was reported by the Main Directorate for Armament and Military Equipment Lifecycle Support.

The B-1 drones are ultralight “bombers” designed to strike concentrations of personnel, vehicles, armored equipment, and military targets both along the front line and in the enemy’s rear.

These aircraft can carry various types of munitions and are powered by a low-noise, high-performance engine. The “bomber” can stay airborne for several hours. The B-1 drones are highly resistant to enemy electronic warfare systems. A key feature of the system is its ability to be quickly deployed and packed up, minimizing risks to the crew during missions.
