Since the beginning of 2026, Ukraine's Defence Forces have destroyed or disabled 1,039 Russian military boats and small vessels using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
All strikes were recorded on video in the DELTA battlefield management system and verified by the Brave1 defence innovation cluster.
Over the first ten months of 2026, the monthly figures for Russian boats and vessels destroyed or disabled were as follows:
- January – 51
- February – 35
- March – 155
- April – 92
- May – 76
- June – 103
- July – 236
- August – 118
- September – 106
- 1–25 October – 67
Russia suffered its heaviest losses of boats and small vessels in July, when more than 230 were destroyed or disabled.
These strikes weaken Russia's ability to control waterways, transport personnel and equipment, and supply its military units.
