Cyber specialists and investigators from the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) have detained another suspected FSB agent in Odessa. The woman allegedly collected coordinates for Russian missile and drone strikes on the regional capital.
According to the investigation, the main targets assigned to the suspect by Russian intelligence were locations used by the National Guard of Ukraine, oil refining facilities and port infrastructure.
Investigators established that the alleged agent was a sales representative at a local food company who had been recruited by Russian intelligence.
The Odessa resident reportedly came to the attention of the Russian security service while searching for additional income through Telegram channels.
After being recruited through a messaging chat, she communicated with Russian operatives via an intermediary — an employee of a department of Russia's occupation Interior Ministry in temporarily occupied Crimea.

Following his instructions, the suspect monitored locations where Ukrainian military personnel and equipment were concentrated, marking them on Google Maps before submitting reports to the FSB.
She also recorded the locations of oil refining facilities and major logistics centres at the Port of Odessa.
To conceal her reconnaissance activities, she repeatedly changed public transport routes, photographing Ukrainian facilities through vehicle windows using her mobile phone.
SSU officers documented the suspect's alleged activities and detained her in the act while she was conducting additional reconnaissance near a potential target.
During the arrest, officers seized a smartphone containing evidence of her alleged cooperation with the FSB.
SSU investigators notified the woman that she was suspected of committing an offence under Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law). The suspect is being held in custody without the possibility of bail. She faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
