More than 70 heads of foreign diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in Ukraine visited the site of extensive civilian infrastructure damage in Kyiv following Russia’s large-scale combined missile and drone attack.
The visit was organized with the support of Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. A briefing for the diplomatic corps was delivered by Andrii Danyk, with the participation of Serhii Kyslytsia and Yevhen Perebyinis.
"Foreign diplomats were briefed on the ongoing search and rescue operation at the site where a Russian missile struck and destroyed a multi-story residential building," the Foreign Ministry said.

Representatives of the foreign diplomatic corps were once again urged to increase pressure on the aggressor state to force it to end the war and enter negotiations, as well as to significantly step up support for Ukraine, including by providing sufficient air defense systems and missiles to protect Ukrainian lives.
On July 2, Russian forces launched a massive drone and missile attack on Kyiv. Damage was recorded in every district of the city, with the heaviest destruction affecting a residential building in the Darnytskyi District.
According to Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, at least 20 residential buildings in the capital sustained direct hits.
The latest confirmed toll stands at 25 people killed and 100 injured.
