Zelensky dismisses Ukraine’s Ambassadors to Oman, Cyprus, Vietnam, and Cambodia

President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed decrees dismissing Ukraine’s ambassadors to Oman, Cyprus, Vietnam, and Cambodia, while appointing a new ambassador to San Marino and Malta.

Under Decree No. 534/2026 of June 26, Olha Selykh was dismissed from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Sultanate of Oman. Decree No. 535/2026 dismissed Serhii Nizhynskyi as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Cyprus. Decree No. 536/2026 dismissed Oleksandr Haman from his posts as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Kingdom of Cambodia.

In separate decrees, the president made a new ambassadorial appointment. Under Decree No. 537/2026, Ihor Brusyl was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of San Marino and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Malta.
