This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during a briefing.

He noted that the Russian forces had stockpiled missiles and drones for the attack on Ukraine on the night of October 10 and were waiting for rainy weather and fog, knowing it would hinder the use of aviation.

At the same time, the president emphasized that if, during the day, energy workers manage to almost fully restore water supply and “processes toward a more positive electricity solution” take place, then this would be “a strong blow, strong, but certainly not fatal.”

“And what can we do? Our partners must help and not give up. America must rein in Putin, and the Ukrainians are doing everything correctly,” Zelensky stressed
