On the night of March 30, more than 60 Ukrainian drones attacked the Rostov region, the regional governor reported. The city of Taganrog was hit, where falling debris ignited residential buildings. One person was killed and eight others were injured. According to the city’s mayor, Svetlana Kambulova, 12 apartment buildings and 27 private houses were damaged, along with one school, a school camp, and three industrial enterprises. Residents were evacuated, the fires have been extinguished, and bomb disposal teams are working at the sites where debris fell.

Ukrainian drones also attacked Krasnodar, the city’s mayor said. One of the drones crashed into a high-rise residential building in Krasnodar’s Prikubansky district. Three people were injured.

In addition, a series of explosions was heard over Tolyatti in the Samara region, the outlet Shot reported, citing local residents. A total of five explosions were heard over the city. According to the Ukrainian monitoring channel Exilenova+, the target of the strike was the KuibyshevAzot chemical plant, which had previously been attacked on March 11. It is among the ten largest nitrogen industry enterprises in Russia.

On March 27, the ports of Ust-Luga and Primorsk in Russia’s Leningrad region were again targeted by drone attacks.
