Ukrainian Armor LLC and AviaNera Technologies, which is part of the industrial and technology group CSG, signed an agreement aimed at strengthening cooperation in the development and supply of turbojet and turboprop engines for Ukrainian missile and unmanned systems.

The agreement was signed in Paris on June 15, 2026, during the first day of Eurosatory 2026, one of the leading international defense and security exhibitions, immediately after the official opening of the event.

Under the agreement, the partners will cooperate in supplying engines of various power classes for Ukrainian missile and unmanned platforms. The partnership also provides for the future creation of joint ventures, expansion of production capacity, and localization of relevant technologies in Ukraine.

“Strategic partnership between Ukrainian Armor and AviaNera is an important step toward strengthening Ukraine’s missile and drone capabilities. Our goal is to create new opportunities for producing modern engines for missile and unmanned systems. Joint development of production capacity and future joint ventures will allow us not only to integrate modern European technologies into Ukrainian platforms but also to jointly develop next-generation precision weapons systems. We are building a long-term alliance that will make Ukraine’s defense industry more self-sufficient and more deeply integrated into the European security architecture,” said Vladyslav Belbas, CEO of Ukrainian Armor LLC.

“AviaNera is rapidly expanding production of propulsion systems for unmanned aerial systems and guided missiles. Propulsion units are often a bottleneck in their production. That is why our strategy is to expand production and localize it in key markets, which undoubtedly include Ukraine. Ukrainian Armor has long been a reliable partner of CSG, and cooperation in propulsion systems logically continues the Western-caliber ammunition licensing project that CSG successfully implemented with Ukrainian Armor last year,” said Pavel Chekhal, CEO of AviaNera Technologies.

The strategic partnership reflects both companies’ intention to deepen industrial cooperation, strengthen Ukraine’s defense manufacturing capabilities, and contribute to the overall resilience and technological development of the European defense sector.

AviaNera Technologies a.s. is a Czech technology company specializing in the development, production, and supply of engines and propulsion systems for unmanned aerial systems (UAS). The company is part of the CSG (Czechoslovak Group) industrial and technology group, one of the largest defense industry holdings in Central Europe.

AviaNera’s main focus is the production and development of compact turbojet and turboprop engines for drones, loitering munitions, cruise missiles, and other aviation platforms.
