Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko reported that the first project of the fund is entering the pre-deal review process (due diligence).
In the first month of accepting applications, the fund received over 60 project proposals, 37 of them from Ukrainian companies.
“The team has already moved on to working directly with the proposals. The first project is being prepared for due diligence. Another 21 are under review,” she wrote.
All projects relate to energy, infrastructure, critical minerals, and innovative technologies. The Prime Minister noted that the goal is to sign the first three investment agreements by the end of the year.
“The Fund will prioritize projects that help attract additional investment capital and generate the greatest impact for our economy,” she added.
The online portal for submitting projects was launched on January 6, 2026.
