In the near future, another 30,000 hectares of state-owned land will be added to the “Land Bank” project within the second pool. All of it will be leased out exclusively through transparent online auctions, ensuring open competition, fair market pricing, and revenue for the state budget.

This was announced by the head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, Dmytro Natalukha.

He noted that the Fund is considering, in the future, turning state land into an accessible financial instrument for Ukrainians—similar to domestic government bonds (OVDPs).

“The ‘Land Bank’ is no longer just about subleasing land. It is about forming a new culture of state land management, where transparency, efficiency, and trust become the foundation of Ukraine’s economic development,” the statement says.
