On the night of March 31 (starting from 18:00 on March 30), Russian forces launched an attack using 289 strike UAVs, including Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, and other types of drones from the directions of Oryol, Kursk, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia), and Hvardiiske in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea. Around 200 of them were Shahed drones.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 08:00, air defense forces shot down or suppressed 267 UAVs, including Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, and other types of drones.
Hits by 20 strike UAVs were recorded at 11 locations, as well as debris from downed drones falling at six locations.
