The Tallinn Mechanism has officially launched its public online platform aimed at deepening cooperation with the private sector and expanding international engagement in strengthening Ukraine’s civilian cyber capacity.

The Tallinn Mechanism Platform is designed as a trusted and up-to-date source of information about the initiative. It provides structured insight into current activities, showcases implemented projects and success stories, and offers practical information on cooperation opportunities — with a particular focus on cybersecurity companies and technology providers.

The primary objective of the platform is to help potential partners and a wider international audience better understand how the Tallinn Mechanism operates and how they can engage with its work. Through the platform, private-sector actors can explore ongoing tenders, procurements, and partnership opportunities related to projects implemented under the Mechanism. The resource also serves as a direct point of contact for interested stakeholders.

"The Tallinn Mechanism is about delivering real deterrence to the aggressor in cyberspace. Cooperation with the private sector allows us to tap into the world’s best expertise and scale digital solutions much faster," said Vitalii BalashovDeputy Minister of Digital Transformation for Cybersecurity and Cloud Technologies.

By registering on the platform, cybersecurity companies from around the world can access:

  • • Increased visibility among donors and partners working within the Tallinn Mechanism
  • • Early access to relevant cybersecurity opportunities, tenders, and updates
  • • Participation in a trusted and verified ecosystem strengthening Ukraine’s cyber resilience
  • • Opportunities to identify partners and collaborate on joint bids and consortia for Tallinn Mechanism projects

The launch of the platform is expected to enhance cooperation with the private sector, support business networking in the cybersecurity field, and foster international public–private partnerships. These objectives align with the core Lines of Effort of the Tallinn Mechanism, which emphasise long-term sustainability and institutional resilience of Ukraine’s civilian cybersecurity capacity.

The platform was developed by the Tallinn Mechanism Project Office (TMPO) team with financial support from the Estonian Centre for International Development. The development of the resource was initiated by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

The Tallinn Mechanism was launched in 2023 to strengthen Ukraine’s civilian cyber defence through coordinated international support. Fourteen countries are currently part of the initiative, while the European Union, NATO, and the World Bank participate as official observers

The platform is available at: https://platform-tm.com/
