TAF Industries and Luxembourg-based defence tech company LUXUAV have signed a memorandum of understanding to develop cooperation and create new manufacturing and technological capabilities in Belgium and Luxembourg.
The partnership will form part of the Build with Ukraine initiative, under which Ukrainian defence tech companies are developing new manufacturing and technological capabilities together with European partners.
Together with LUXUAV, TAF Industries plans to work on the development, industrialisation and deployment of unmanned systems solutions in Luxembourg and Belgium.
“European security increasingly depends on the ability of industry, governments and R&D organisations to work together across borders. This memorandum is an important step towards strengthening such cooperation and combining Ukrainian innovations proven in wartime with European industrial and technological capabilities,” said Volodymyr Zinovskyi, CEO of TAF Industries.
The memorandum of understanding is the first step in developing cooperation between TAF Industries and LUXUAV in Luxembourg and Belgium. The next stage will involve joint work on new opportunities for the development of autonomous systems in Europe.
