Russian forces struck a technical facility belonging to telecommunications company TENET in Odessa on October 10, according to an official company statement.
The attack caused significant damage to the facility's essential infrastructure, including cooling systems and power generation equipment.
"The continued operation of the damaged facility is now seriously in question," the company said.
Some subscribers may experience disruptions to internet access and certain services.
TENET said its specialists are doing everything possible to minimise the consequences of the attack and reroute network traffic. The company will provide further updates as the situation develops.
