During a massive Russian strike on the Odessa region, a drone hit a public transport stop, injuring two civilians—an 18-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man.

The incident was reported on Telegram by Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration. According to him, both victims sustained moderate injuries and are currently receiving all necessary medical assistance.

The attack also caused damage to transport and energy infrastructure facilities, further straining the region’s critical systems. Emergency services were promptly dispatched to the scene and continue working to eliminate the consequences of the strike.

As a result of the evening attack on March 23, parts of the Odessa district—including the Peresyp area of Odessa—were left without electricity. Authorities have introduced emergency power outages outside of scheduled limits in the city and several district centers.

Energy workers are expected to begin restoration efforts immediately after the emergency режим is lifted, with the aim of returning electricity to affected households as quickly as possible.
