The logistics operator Nova Post has announced the start of a strategic partnership with the Austrian network myflexbox. The cooperation will allow the Ukrainian company to significantly expand its network of pickup points without being limited only to its own branches.
At the first stage, the partnership covers Vienna, where customers can already receive parcels weighing up to 30 kg through more than 200 myflexbox parcel lockers, Nova Post said. The pickup points operate 24/7 and are located in high-demand areas such as gas stations, shopping centers, train stations, and near large residential complexes.
Nova Post carries out deliveries to partner terminals using its own vehicle fleet. This allows the company to maintain control over delivery times and logistics quality at all stages of transportation.
“By the end of the year, fast and reliable Nova Post delivery will be available in more than 550 partner parcel lockers, including in Graz, Linz, Salzburg, and Innsbruck. Customers will also be able not only to receive parcels but also to send them,” said Vladyslav Marunkov, CEO of Nova Post in Austria.
According to management, integration with myflexbox’s local infrastructure is part of a broader strategy for developing urban logistics in Europe based on the use of open platforms.
