In 2024, MHP acquired 100% of the shares of Toni d.o.o. in Croatia for $14.3 million, according to the agroholding's annual report.

“We acquired 100% of Toni d.o.o. in Croatia for $14.1 million, which improved the stability of the grain supply chain to our Slovenian and Croatian markets,” the report states.

Toni d.o.o. specializes in the procurement, drying, and storage of grain crops, including corn, wheat, and barley. In 2023, the company recorded €24 million in revenue and a net profit of over €1.6 million.

In addition, during the year, MHP also acquired 70% of KK & Sons Group Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom, for $3.9 million to “expand the Group’s logistics capabilities in Ukraine and abroad.”

The holding also invested $15.6 million in Ukrainian Myasnyi Khutir and $7.1 million in MHP Desert Hills in Saudi Arabia.

Since entering the Croatian market in 2019, MHP has invested a total of €44.5 million and created over 200 new jobs.
