Russia has used a new missile development on Kharkiv, provisionally named Izdelie-30, which is an evolution of the Kh-101 cruise missile but with significant differences, according to Vladyslav Vlasyuk, adviser and presidential representative on sanctions policy.
“In addition to purely technical differences, the warhead is now twice as large—800 kg, of which at least 200 kg is explosive,” he wrote on Facebook.
Vlasyuk noted that it is mistaken to think the future belongs exclusively to drones, as missiles remain a significant complement to the arsenal of strike systems, and the Russian forces are developing this area as well.

“Looking at the component base, we see many new elements. Among foreign components: classic ST Microelectronics, UBlox, Analog Devices, Texas Instruments, and the Belarusian ‘Integral.’ Navigation system ‘Kometa’ with 12 patches. Onboard control unit ‘Baguette’ includes memory (manufactured in Taiwan), switching connector – Germany, microchips – USA,” the state official listed. He noted that some components are from 2023.
According to him, everything that could be analyzed has already been studied and passed on to partners.
