Ukrainian industrial company Interpipe continues to expand its range of railway products, offering niche solutions to European partners. This spring, INTERPIPE developed and manufactured passenger wheels with a diameter of 750 mm and locomotive wheels with a diameter of 1016 mm in accordance with the technical requirements of the end customer — a Greek railway operator.
Overall, under a long-term contract, the company plans to supply 10 types of railway wheels. They will be used for the repair of rolling stock, including passenger and freight wagons as well as locomotives. As of early July, five wheel sizes have already been shipped.

However, we are ready to produce even small batches of niche products, as flexibility and customer focus are the key to long-term cooperation.”
