According to preliminary information from HUMINT sources in Russia, high-level instructions were given to the FSB to carry out high-profile terrorist attacks in several regions of Russia during the May 9th parades.
This was informed by the International intelligence community InformNapalm.
All efforts are being focused on ensuring that the parade in Moscow takes place without incident, but the regions are not only left without coverage, they are also planning to create several high-profile information triggers. The regions currently under consideration for such operations include Khabarovsk, Ulan-Ude, and others.
The goal is to accuse Ukraine of indiscriminate attacks on civilian gatherings, disrupt "peace initiatives" by the United States, and use these incidents to mobilize additional resources from Russian regions. Initially, plans for such actions in Moscow itself were considered, but it was later decided that the situation might spiral out of control, so they intend to try in the regions, farther from the Federal Center.
"We believe it is better to warn in advance about the likelihood of this scenario being realized and to deprive the FSB of the element of surprise if something begins to explode in Khabarovsk, Ulan-Ude, or other regions," the message reads.
