In the Odessa region, two people were killed as a result of a Russian attack

Two people were killed in a series of Russian strikes on the Odessa region, regional governor Oleh Kiper reported on Telegram.

According to Kiper, Russian forces hit civilian infrastructure in the Odessa district, killing one person and damaging several social facilities.

 

 

In a separate attack overnight on September 23, ballistic missiles struck the town of Tatarbunary in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, deliberately targeting civilian infrastructure. A woman was killed and several others were injured, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine wrote on Facebook.

 

 

The attacks ignited fires in five market kiosks, which firefighters quickly brought under control. Buildings belonging to a hotel, Ukrposhta, Ukrtelecom, a cultural center, an administrative service center and several cars were also damaged. Preliminary reports say three people were injured.
