Russian strikes on March 24 targeted multiple regions of Ukraine, causing civilian casualties, widespread damage to housing, and disruptions to energy infrastructure, according to local authorities.
Lviv
In Lviv, 26 people remain hospitalized following a drone attack, Mayor Andriy Sadovyi reported after a meeting of the city’s emergency commission. No fatalities were recorded.
In the Halytskyi district, a nationally significant architectural landmark was damaged, affecting 17 apartments. On another street, four residential buildings were hit, with 23 windows shattered and six apartments deemed uninhabitable. Four families have already been temporarily relocated to a hotel.
In the Sykhiv district, 19 apartment buildings were damaged, with more than 1,300 windows blown out. The most heavily damaged building was struck twice, affecting four entrances and 136 apartments housing over 350 residents. The building is currently without gas and electricity.
A mobile administrative services center will operate at School No. 98 on March 25 to assist residents, process damage reports, and provide consultations.


Ternopil region
In the Ternopil region, fires caused by Russian strikes at energy facilities and an administrative building have been fully extinguished, said regional administration head Taras Pastukh. Debris removal is ongoing at the impact sites. Around 70,000 consumers remain without electricity. Energy workers are working to restore supply as quickly as possible, with officials expressing hope that partial restoration could begin within hours.
Vinnytsia region
In the Vinnytsia region, one person was killed and 13 others injured in a drone attack, according to regional governor Natalia Zabolotna. The strikes damaged nine private homes, two apartment buildings, and a non-operational restaurant.
Dnipropetrovsk region
Russian forces carried out nearly 40 attacks using drones and artillery across the Dnipropetrovsk region, targeting the Synelnykove, Nikopol, and Kryvyi Rih districts, as well as the city of Dnipro, regional head Oleksandr Handzha reported.
In Dnipro, nine apartment buildings and kindergartens were damaged. Thirteen people were injured, including three children.
In the Nikopol district, attacks damaged a gas station, a private home, and an ambulance vehicle. Three people were injured; two were hospitalized in moderate condition, while another will receive outpatient treatment.
In the Kryvyi Rih district, strikes hit the Hrushivska and Zelenodolsk communities, damaging a vehicle.
In the Synelnykove district, attacks damaged a café, a car, and both private and apartment buildings in the Mykolaivka and Pokrovske communities.

Zhytomyr
In Zhytomyr, a Russian strike hit the city center, injuring a 12-year-old girl, according to regional head Vitalii Bunechko. A two-story residential building was damaged, and windows were shattered in nearby structures. Emergency crews quickly contained the fire. The injured child was hospitalized and is receiving medical care.
Ivano-Frankivsk
In Ivano-Frankivsk, two people were killed in a drone attack, including a 15-year-old girl, and six others were injured, Mayor Ruslan Martsinkiv reported.
The victims were identified as National Guard serviceman Volodymyr Shkrumeliak and his daughter Aneliia, born in 2010. According to the mayor, they were returning from a maternity hospital, where they had visited the child’s mother and a newborn baby. Among the injured is a six-year-old boy, whose life is not in danger.
Emergency services, police, and rescue teams are working at all affected sites, clearing debris, documenting damage, and assisting residents.
