Italy’s Ambassador to Ukraine, Carlo Formosa, brought together Italian entrepreneurs who have been operating in Ukraine for many years, as well as representatives of companies launching new projects in the country, in Kyiv to deepen coordination.

The aim of the meeting was to help build connections between Italian companies already active in Ukraine and those just entering the market, creating a stable channel for dialogue, information exchange, and experience sharing.

The discussion focused on identifying new ways to strengthen Italy’s economic presence in Ukraine, which would enhance coordination between businesses and make better use of the experience of companies that have been operating in the region for many years.

The embassy seeks to create opportunities for knowledge transfer to companies entering the Ukrainian market and regularly visiting the country.

It was noted that, on the initiative of the embassy, the Italian Business Association (IBA) was created as a hub to promote more structured and coordinated business activity.

The meeting is part of an initiative promoted by the embassy in Kyiv to support Italian companies. It includes a series of webinars attended by more than a thousand companies, which have made it possible to explore investment and trade opportunities in specific sectors of the Ukrainian economy.
