In 2025, Ukraine's agricultural production decreased by 6.8% compared to the previous year.
According to the State Statistics Service, crop production fell by 7.5% and livestock production by 4.1%.
Industrial agro-production declined by 6.8%, while household farm output dropped by 6.7%.

The largest reductions compared to January–September of the previous year were recorded in Donetsk (44.7%), Kherson (33.7%), Zaporizhzhia (21.6%), Dnipropetrovsk (21.2%), Mykolaiv (13.9%), and Khmelnytskyi (11.6%) regions.
Chernihiv (4.1%) and Sumy (0.5%) regions showed growth.
