During the Ukraine Reconstruction Conference (URC2026) in Gdansk on June 25-26, an MoU was signed between Ukraine Project Hub, the international business platform for southern Ukraine, represented by its founding member Ugo Poletti, and Oleh Kulakevych, Director of the Regional Development Agency – Office of European Integration of Kherson Region.

The purpose of this agreement is to formalise a collaborative relationship, already established through previous humanitarian missions and cultural projects. Kherson is a frontline region that continues to operate under wartime conditions. Foreign investment and industrial partnerships are essential for the community recovery, economic resilience, and European integration.

Ukraine Project Hub, which assists ANIMA, the Italian association of machinery manufacturers and automation system suppliers, entering the Ukrainian market, has the goal to attract international investors and create industrial partnerships, in Southern Ukraine.

The Regional Development Agency - European Integration Office of the Kherson region supports the recovery of de-occupied communities, economic resilience, and EU-oriented regional development in southern Ukraine.

The signing ceremony of the MoU was attended by Oleksiy Ryabikin, Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories, who acted as a witness to the agreement.
