Russian attacks across Ukraine killed at least six people, including a three-year-old boy, and injured 41 others over the past day, with strikes reported in Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kyiv and several other regions.
In Dnipropetrovsk region, three people were killed and six injured in an overnight attack on Dnipro. Rescue workers are searching for another employee believed to be trapped beneath the rubble of a destroyed enterprise. Two of the injured were hospitalised, including a 25-year-old man in serious condition.
In Mykolaiv region, a three-year-old boy was killed in a Shahed drone attack on Voznesensk district. Four men aged 21, 26, 33 and 37 were injured in Bashtanka district. Three were hospitalised, with the 21-year-old reported to be in extremely serious condition.
Zaporizhzhia region came under 887 Russian strikes targeting 57 settlements over the past day. One person was killed and nine others, including a child, were injured in Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia and Polohy districts.
Regional authorities recorded 20 air strikes, 644 drone attacks — most involving FPV drones — 18 strikes from multiple-launch rocket systems and 205 artillery attacks. At least 432 reports of damage to homes, infrastructure and vehicles were received.
In Donetsk region, one person was killed in Kramatorsk and 11 others were injured. Seven of the wounded were in Kramatorsk, two in Druzhkivka and one each in Sloviansk and Krasnotorka.
Six people were injured in Kherson region, where Russian forces attacked Kherson and more than 30 other settlements with aircraft, drones and artillery. Two apartment buildings, five private houses, a church, agricultural machinery, vehicles and outbuildings were damaged.
In Kyiv, five people were affected by an overnight Russian attack in the Dniprovskyi district. Three people, including an elderly couple, suffered cuts, while two others experienced acute stress reactions and received assistance at the scene. Four apartment buildings were damaged, with several flats on the ground floor of one building partially destroyed.
Russian drone attacks also caused widespread damage across Kyiv region, with authorities recording 34 damaged sites in the Bucha, Obukhiv, Brovary and Bila Tserkva districts. They included 22 private homes, vehicles, warehouses and businesses. No casualties were reported.
In Poltava region, Russian forces targeted an industrial enterprise and a critical infrastructure facility in Kremenchuk district overnight. A drone also fell on the grounds of a private agricultural enterprise in Poltava district, damaging a farm building and equipment. No one was injured.
