On the tourism portal “Welcome to Zakarpattia,” 3D tours of the region’s most famous castles and palaces have been made publicly available.
This was reported by the Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Zakarpattia Regional Military Administration.
It is noted that inclusive virtual excursions allow people with disabilities, groups with limited mobility, and anyone interested to explore historical landmarks without physical barriers, from the comfort of their homes.
The following sites are already available in virtual format: Uzhhorod, Nevytskyi, and Serednianskyi castles, the “Saint Miklós” fortress in Chynadiieve, as well as the palaces of Count Zsigmond Perényi (Vynohradiv), the Schöborn counts (Karpaty village), and Teleki (Dovhe village).
