Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a special online meeting on Friday to review the situation across Ukraine and ongoing restoration work.

"Last night there were no strikes on energy facilities, but yesterday daytime attacks targeted energy infrastructure in several regions. We are now observing a shift by the Russian army toward strikes on logistics. Drone attacks on residential areas in cities are also continuing," Zelensky wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to the president, a ballistic missile strike in Kharkiv region damaged warehouses of a civilian production facility belonging to an American company.

"In Zaporizhzhia, Shahed drones hit one of the city districts. FPV drone attacks continue almost nonstop in Kherson, in cities of the Dnipro region, and most heavily in Nikopol. The situation is difficult along the borders of Chernihiv, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions," he noted.

Zelensky also reviewed the situation in Cherkasy region, emphasizing that "much more needs to be done to ensure people’s basic needs, especially for homes with electric heating."

In Kyiv, 378 multi-story residential buildings remain without heating.

"Reports were also given on Kyiv region, Poltava, Kirovohrad, Odessa, Mykolaiv, Vinnytsia, Chernivtsi, Khmelnytsky, and Zhytomyr regions," the president said.

He assigned tasks to Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov and Air Force Commander Anatolii Kryvonozhko to strengthen drone defense along the line between Kherson and Zaporizhzhia.

"Last year, relevant decisions were made by the Headquarters, but they have only been partially implemented to date. I have instructed a full review and the presentation of response measures," Zelensky emphasized.
