President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree appointing Ukraine’s ambassador to Spain, Yuliya Sokolovska, as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to the Principality of Andorra on a concurrent basis.
The corresponding decree, No. 229/2026, dated March 9, was published on the website of the Head of State.
“The Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to the Kingdom of Spain, Yuliya Serhiivna Sokolovska, is appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to the Principality of Andorra on a concurrent basis,” the document states.
