Edem Wosornu, Director of the Operations and Advocacy Division of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), is on a working visit to the Odessa region. During the visit, she inspected civilian infrastructure facilities in Odessa that were destroyed as a result of the Russian attack on January 27.
This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper.
“Together with UN representatives, we inspected civilian infrastructure facilities destroyed as a result of the enemy attack on January 27 in Odessa. Russian strike drones hit ordinary multi-storey residential buildings belonging to residents of the Odessa region,” Kiper said.


The regional head added that during the meeting, special attention was paid to the situation in the energy sector, issues related to ensuring the stable operation of critical infrastructure, and the organization of the educational process amid ongoing hostile attacks.
