Ukraine’s Foreign Intelligence Service held a meeting with national security advisers to the leaders of European countries.

According to the agency, the parties discussed Russia’s strategic plans and the coordination of international efforts to pressure the Russian state into ending the war.
Particular attention was paid to the Kremlin’s plans for the autumn-winter period, primarily the intensification of ballistic missile strikes against Ukraine’s critical infrastructure and provocations against European NATO members.
“It was noted that the enemy has accumulated around 400 hypersonic missiles of various types for this purpose and has deployed additional launchers in the border regions of Bryansk, Kursk and Voronezh,” the Foreign Intelligence Service said.
The meeting also addressed the potential capacity of Russia’s military-industrial complex to produce around 300 ballistic missiles by the end of the year.
Participants noted that one of the factors allowing the Kremlin to maintain its production capacity is that only around 60% of the enterprises involved in the production process are currently subject to international sanctions.
The Ukrainian foreign intelligence team raised the issue of measures needed to disrupt Russia’s plans for ballistic missile production. In particular, it called for urgent sanctions against at least 55 enterprises and companies involved in supplying electronic components and machine tools, as well as conducting financial transactions on behalf of Russia’s military-industrial complex.
