The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to include two industrial parks — “Medzhibizh Invest Park” and “BIOINDUSTPARK” — in the Register of Industrial Parks.
The implementation of these projects will contribute to the development of regional economic potential and the creation of about 650 new jobs.
“Medzhibizh Invest Park” is located within the Medzhibizh settlement territorial community in Khmelnytskyi region. Its area is about 13 hectares. The concept envisions the creation of a multi-purpose industrial site focused on the production of construction materials, the food industry, as well as processing and storage of agricultural products.
The “BIOINDUSTPARK” will be implemented in the Zelenohirsk settlement territorial community of Podilsk district in Odessa region, covering an area of 11.5136 hectares. The project plans to develop enterprises in the food industry, agro-processing, mechanical engineering, and packaging materials production.
Both parks will be developed according to circular economy principles, using modern technologies and environmentally friendly production solutions.
The total planned investment in “Medzhibizh Invest Park” is about 350 million UAH. At the same time, the initiator plans to invest approximately 185 million UAH in “BIOINDUSTPARK”, with additional private financing and contributions from participants expected.
Currently, there are 116 industrial parks in the Register of Industrial Parks. Their number is gradually increasing, which indicates growing interest from communities and businesses in creating new production sites. Industrial parks are part of Ukraine’s investment policy for supporting domestic manufacturers under the “Made in Ukraine” initiative.
As of the end of 2025, 37 industrial enterprises had been built or were under construction within industrial parks.
