Ukraine’s State Emergency Service has completed rescue operations at the site of a Russian attack on a 25-storey residential building in Odessa on September 12. Two people were killed and 25 others injured.
“Emergency rescue operations at the 25-storey residential building in Odessa have been completed. Two people were killed in the attack and another 25 were injured,” the State Emergency Service reported.


Rescuers managed to save seven people, including two children.
